  It seems to be changing up a bit or like I said in the previous comment about experience, it could depend on who's working that day.  One thing's for sure, if you get Wendy or Gina serving you at a table or at the bar(which is where I go of course), you will get awesome service from those ladies, which is why I added the 4th star this time.

  Went there for lunch with my wife today. I had wings which were ok and my wife had the fajitas. The fajitas did not taste good as the meat tasted 'fake'. The grilled veggies were ok. The guacamole tasted horrible and only one bits was eaten.
  Our waitress never came back to our table after taking the order. We did manage to flag down the manager to get some cilantro to see if would improved he flavor of the meat. $18 for fajitas which were inedible. $12 for the wings.
  We had to leave to get back to work so did not have time to call a manager.
  We will call back to provide feedback to management.
  This restaurant needs some work

  My wife called and spoke with the manager. He remembered us but said there is nothing he can do. Definitely won't be going to Applebee's ever again.

  Smells like a horse barn. Literally. Owner needs to set some performance indicators and hold this team accountable. It's a dirty stinky mess. I love Applebee's. After coming here for so many years, this will be the last time.

  This location was surprisingly busy for a Thursday evening. The staff was doing their best to get the orders out on time.
  
  Tried the online ordering for the first time. It is hit or miss. Our order was supposed to be ready in 15 minutes but it took more like 25 minutes. No complaints since the order was right. We ordered Key lime chicken, chicken spinach pasta, kids cheeseburgers, boneless wings, and adult cheeseburger. Everything was cooked correctly.

  Visit this applebees often and normally it's fine but today was a let down. We ordered a burger and when cutting it in half, discovered a square of wax paper between the cheese and hamburger patty. We may not return to this location.
